4. Use a silk wrap or pillowcase at night to avoid movement breakage in the night! If you find you have a shorter area at the back or maybe one side try wrapping a silk scarf around your head before you sleep to help or use a silky pillowcase.
5. Protective styles to rest your hair for a while are great for afro hair. You could try some braided extensions or a weave for a nice change.
